Why is my screen displaying incorrect colors or appearing red?

Users have reported color distortion issues, particularly a red tint across the entire display, in FydeOS v19 and v20.

This problem is typically caused by graphics driver compatibility issues, primarily affecting devices with Intel N3xxx/N4xxx series processors due to legacy graphics hardware support.

Solution

This issue has been officially resolved in FydeOS v21 and later versions.

If you are experiencing this problem, we recommend:

1. Upgrading to the latest version of FydeOS. This is the most effective way to resolve the issue.
2. If for some reason you cannot update to v21 or later, you may consider downgrading to FydeOS v18, which is the last stable version before this issue appeared.
