Can I run FydeOS as a virtual machine?

Yes, FydeOS for VMware is now available and can be downloaded from the download page. Note that this VM image is only available for VMware Workstation Pro 15 , Workstation Player 15 and WMWare Fusion 11 (or newer version of them). If you wish to run FydeOS VMs on a baremetal VM controller, only VMware ESXi 6.7 is currently supported.

It is important to note that due to the specific design of FydeOS and its subsystems, some features in the FydeOS for VMware are limited or unavailable (see the FydeOS for VMware releasenote for each release). For the best experience, we recommend that you use the FydeOS for PC or FydeOS for You.
