What should I do when balenaEtcher cannot be used on Windows 10?

This is a known bug, but we found that running balenaEtcher as an administrator on Windows 10 can solve most unstable problems. Of course, you can also try these not-so-pretty but old-fashioned and more stable flashing tools, such as rufus or Win32 Disk Imager.
