How to compose a helpful feedback

If you have technical questions or feedback regarding FydeOS, we have carefully designed a process to help you obtain support and resolve issues in a more systematic and effective way.

Step 1: Seek Community Support

Before formally submitting an enquiry, you can first seek help from our FydeOS Community. This community consists of experienced FydeOS users who can provide you with relevant guidance and clarification.

Step 2: Write a Feedback Report

  1. Open the webpage or relevant location where the issue occurred.
  2. Press the Alt + Shift + I shortcut on your keyboard to open the "Feedback" window.
  3. In the feedback field labelled "" describe the issue you encountered and provide step-by-step instructions for reproducing it. Please provide as much thorough information as possible to help us better understand and resolve the problem.

Step 3: Enhance Your Feedback Report

  1. If you need to include screenshots, select the "Screenshots" checkbox.
  2. If there are additional attachments you need to add, click the "Add File" button.
  3. If you are willing to provide your email address, you can fill it in the corresponding field. Otherwise, select "Do not include email address."
  4. If you are willing to share diagnostic data, check the "Share Diagnostic Data" option.

Step 4: Send the Feedback Report

Click the "Send" button to submit your report. If you need to create a new report, click the "Send New Report" button. After submitting the report, you can also:

  • Visit the FydeOS Help Centre to access help articles.
  • Run the "Diagnostic" application to perform hardware tests and troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
  • Visit the FydeOS Community to ask questions and seek assistance.

We sincerely appreciate your support and assistance with FydeOS. While we may not be able to individually respond to each report, please be assured that we will thoroughly investigate based on the information you provide and continuously improve the user experience of FydeOS.
