FydeOS Management Cloud received updates in June 2026 for administrators managing FydeOS devices, users, kiosk deployments and FydeSign content.

Account security
Administrators can require enhanced sign-in for Management Cloud access. Account sign-in now supports:
- passkeys;
- authenticator app verification;
- backup codes;
- security method reset using a verified email address or phone number.
Kiosk and device management
Kiosk applications now support optional notes and custom display names. Long URLs are truncated in the interface, and administrators can control access to troubleshooting tools.
Administrators can also delete deprovisioned devices from the device list.
Policy management
Policy settings now display more reliably after an administrator switches between settings or organisational unit contexts.
FydeSign and administrator experience
FydeSign includes improvements to:
- batch upload and upload progress;
- full-day scheduling;
- screen assignment behaviour;
- rotation settings;
- weekly schedule previews.
Organisation selectors also display long organisation names more effectively.
